Returns & Exchanges
Fresh product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packaging must be in its original condition, and the original invoice must be provided.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to differences in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen; therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defective or the wrong product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at contact@sparrowofficials.com or calling us at 0315 070 0351 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
